This charming 2 bedroom property has been lovingly refurbished in keeping with its original style. With open beam ceilings, stunning views over Whitby and up the River Esk and the added advantage of parking this is the perfect place to come and stay and enjoy Whitby.
The entrance leads to a steep winding staircase( not suitable for small children or elderly). At the top of the stairs is the shower room with shower, sink and toilet.The open plan dining/kitchen livingroom has patio doors opening onto a patio area with garden table and chairs. The kitchen area has a combi microwave oven, fridge, electric hob, toatser, kettle, sandwich maker, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The dining table seats 4. The living room area has a sofa and chairs, tv with free sat. The master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes. The single bedroom also has a built in wardrobe.
As with all our properties this is a no smoking property and unfortunately Due South does not accept pets.
Due South has a private parking space for 1 car.
