A fantastic modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment on the seafront in Whitby. This new apartment is in a prime location on the seafront with stunning views of the sea. It is 1 minute from the beach and close to the shops.
The living room is open plan with a dining table in the bay window over looking the mini golf course and the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer box, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. There is also a handy utlility, great for storing the buckets and spades. Outside there is a parking area available on a first come first serve basis and plenty of free parking on the surrounding streets.
The spacious master bedroom is made up of a king size bed, lots of storage and a handy ensuite with toilet, sink and shower.
